I've heard from numerous people today that on FAN590, John Shannon confirmed the Leafs and Canucks have a done deal sending Luongo the Leafs pending a CBA agreement. No word on who's going the other way... I'm sure we'll hear more about this by tonight.

That's good, we all know Luongo's affinity for dealing with pressure is what closed the deal.

I'm stoked because this all but ensures another few years of Maple Leaf mediocrity

I personally dont mind the idea of Luongo becoming a Leaf. Ed Belfour left Toronto after 05-06 and the Leafs havent had a good goalie since.
