I'm just guessing, but I wonder if the Bruins are looking to make a move because Nathan Horton is not coming back any time soon?

So Bruins fans, would you give up Krejci, Lucic, Seguin, Rask or Hamilton to get Nash?
Krejci yes possibly with Boychuck, there is no way in hell they would or will give up the others.

Parros has yet to hear from GM about possible extension. Some duckblog. I honestly dont see the Ducks keeping Brookbank or Parros with BB coaching.

Hasek might try an NHL comeback.

Not a Bruins fan but I would say bye bye Krejci in a heart beat for Nash.

They would trade Krecji and Johnny B. in my opinion because they could switch Seguin to center his natural position and they think Hamilton is going to have a real shot at making the squad. Even if he can't there are some UFA defensemen that are servicable players. So they could add a big scoring winger and not kill their roster. But forget about trading Looch, Seguin,Rask,or Hamilton . It will not happen. Krecji is a talented player but you would have to give up some quality to get Nash. But some of the reports if true about what Howson was asking at the trade deadline were crazy. Nash is not Crosby or Malkin or that kid in Tampa.

Bruins Prospect Alex Khokhlachev May Return To Russia

Quote:
The Windsor Spitfires might have to move forward next season without the only NHLdrafted player currently on their roster.

General manager Warren Rychel confirmed Friday that Russian centre Alex Khokhlachev is weighing his options about returning to Windsor or playing in the Kontinental Hockey League next season.
Quote:
A return may have become more of an option for the five-foot-10, 178-pound Khoklachev after his father Igor Khokhlachev was named general manager of the Moscow Spartak's KHL club in February.
Quote:
Igor Khokhlachev told a Russia media source that joining his KHL club depends on negotiations with Boston, but he expects his son to sign with the Bruins soon.

So Hasek will join Jags in Philly and Bryzgalov will go away?

I am expecting a big Avalanche trade in the offseason, I think they will trade away Duchene or Stastny and someone for some experienced defenseman

I actually see them moving Stastny, he is a big cap hit, and not worth keeping as a second line center, but I see Colorado looking for a top defensive prospect more than an established D man, maybe a solid journeymen to go with the prospect, I DEFINATLEY don't see Colorado moving Matt Duchene, he is going to be there stud center for many years to come, ala Joe Sakic......

Chiarelli has to trade Thomas since he still has a bit of value and since Tuukka Rask is completly able to take the job as the starting netminder for the Bs. The only problem for the Bruins would be to get a decent backup goalie since we never know how Rask is going to be if he has to play 65 games a year, you know, he may choke or something.

There are a couple of interesting backup goalies on the market this summer like Martin Biron, Scott Clemmensen, Josh Harding or even Alvaro Montoya.

If they don't want to get a UFA, I'm pretty sure that goalies like Gustavsson, Gigučre or Bernier are easy to move.

Maybe a CBJ-BOS trade is in the works that would include Mason and Thomas

I'm not gonna even try to say their names lol, but what about the Russian kid that played last year or the Swede they just signed? Aren't they kind of NHL back up ready?

I'm not up on the Bruins roster to be honest, but I do like Tuukka Rask and am hoping the Blue Jackets can get Rask in a deal for Nash.
