Well I don't understand any of this yet again. Triston Grant did not even have a shot on goal or check in his games up,he was as useless as Grenier.

A lot of it has to do with the new CBA. The Flyers are trying to maximize their cap space. It's pretty easy for them considering where their AHL team is.

But there's still plenty of time for another 100 call ups/downs in Philly

Its because of salray cap reasons, they send them down and call them up.

Although he had a whopping 51 seconds of ice time tonight, Peters will probably be in the line-up tomorrow (especially if Miller's still hurt, as Adam Dennis being on the roster prevents them from calling up Daniel Paille again), and I know little about Grant, so if he dresses, would he step up? Fights in Sabres games are few and far between these days, I'll take pretty much anything...

Great. The only guy on your team that has a chance of beating one of the few legit heavies left who also roughed up your star in an embarassing loss and you send him down. Fantastic. Grant will fight Peters and lose. That'll really show Buffalo.

to all you guys who said grenier hasn't done anything? You can blame brash for not fighting him.

And i honestly think he will be back up on monday for the rough road trip.
