Flyers Add Ruslan Fedotenko and Bruno Gervais

fedotenko is a decent signing. he's not gonna replace jagr, but he's a solid forward who will play physical and he's a vet to help the younger kids. i dont expect much from gervais. in fact i read holmgren described him as a #7 so the flyers might still look to add a dman.

Hope thats not the case, Ryan real y wants to come to Philly, and I know theres still the money issue and the fact you may have to give up good assets but I was hoping homer would still try and grab him. Guess we will see.

you know it could be that the isles team as a whole has been really bad for a long time haha honestly its a 7th man depth signing

im not saying he doesnt suck, but tb fans also said carle and mezsaros sucked as well. Mez has been very solid for us and carle somewhat resurrected his career in philly as well. He is a 6th ot 7th Dman and no he isnt all that wonderful , but he will prolly play better in philly jus saying

Feds is a great checking line winger, who has a deceptively wicked wrist shot. Bruno can move the puck, but he still thinks he is playing in the NCAA where he can do whatever he wants and get away with it. More times then I care to remember he tried to out skate two defenders right in front of his own crease.

All I've heard from Flyers fans is how bad Carle is/was.

If you were getting Travis Hamonic, i wouldn't be saying he sucked. So it's not about the Isles. I even like Bruno. I even said he gave good effort. He's just not an NHL d-man. maybe you can have Mark Eaton too.

carle is bad lol hes a turnover machine, but he played alot worse for Tb. All im saying respectfully is that some players just needs a change of scenery is all. Gervais will be 6th or 7th guy nothing more

we will be fine, we have brandon manning and bourdon. Its bourdon's spot to begin with, hes just dealing with concussion issues still. Hopefully he gets over that. Either way you look at it, he cant be any worse then lilja haha
