Mentioned but never considered. To get Caputi away from the Pens it would take a dman good player. You really cant overrate a 3rd round draft pick who was a project to turn into something of value. Caputi is just starting to hit his stride it would be foolish to trade him.

Gonchar is untouchable. Even if it means losing him in free agency next season. Without him, the Pens are not a dominant team.
