Dustin Penner Placed Retroactively onto IR
LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have placed forward Dustin Penner on the injured reserve list (retroactive to November 10) due to a hand injury, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.
Penner, 29, missed last night’s game at STAPLES Center (a 5-2 Kings victory over Minnesota) after suffering the injury during the Kings-Vancouver game on Thursday. In 14 games this season, he has two points (both assists) and 25 penalty minutes. The Kings return to game action this Wednesday when they host the Ducks at 7:30 p.m.

Watched him play quite a bit when he was with Edmonton, he's as lazy and uninspired of a player as they get... Has the size and skill to dominate but only plays when he wants to... A waste of a talent.
