Danny Briere Out Indefinitely With Concussion

Add Danny Briere's name to the list of players sidelined with concussions.

Philadelphia Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren announced on the team's twitter account (@NHLFlyers) that Briere is sidelined indefinitely with a concussion.

It was late in the game, I can't remember who hit him but you could tell right away things weren't right. Ah well, more time for Shelley and Rinaldo.

Holmgren also announced that forward Zac Rinaldo is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Rinaldo got one game back before he got hurt again. Harry Z and Shelley will definitely be in tomorrow vs the B's unless more than 1 guy is called up.

mark fayne hit him, mills got him in the head with a high stick, elias punched him, volchenkov hit him a couple times...so it could have been any of those or a combo of them.
