King is in Peoria right now.

I should have been more clear. I was responding to the fact that the Blues radio announcer said King was a healthy scratch, when he is on conditioning loan to Peoria.

Blues will keep king before they keep Cam

Sorry all but King is to liked by Blues fans to have J.D. keep him in Peoria. Blues don't have a heavyweight at the nhl level besides King. King is a better skater than Cam, and king has shown he has some passing and shooting abilities if he sees enough ice time. Cam is an ok fighter i wouldn't even put him in the same category as King.

Thanks for the completely impartial point of view, DjKingIsTheMan.

Those 3 losses against Boogard weren't one sided fights either
King has had zero success against Boogaard in the NHL, those 3 losses against Boogey were 3 clear losses, I wouldnt say beatings but King was clearly outclassed and fought defensively in each one which is something he never does.

Hes a great fighter, but Boogaard clearly has his number.

boogey and king could have some nice battles when he returns and could carry top heavys 1 and 2 spots for awhile now. throw in mcgrattan and we have a solid top 3

Whoa...let's just slow down a bit...while DJ King is a great fighter let's just sit back and see how he fights and for that matter how he holds up before we give him the #2 ranking.

According to Strickland, King should be back Saturday night against the Bluejackets. If he dresses is another matter.
