Colton Orr

Any suggestions to where this guy may be headed? I guess it doesnt look like the Rags will be bringing him back. Come on Chirelli, bring him back to boston where he belongs!!

Like I said with Chris Neil, I think Orr would be a great addition to the Devils 4th line. Though I doubt it'll happen, I can certainly wish and pray.

What makes you think the Rangers won't bring him back?

as a UFA i figure if they were, they would have signed him by now. My guess is Orr wants to test UFA to see what he can get. As a top enforcer he is probably looking at something more long term than NYR are offering.

I have always thought it would be Philly or Toronto but Boston or the Devils would work also. I still think as far as need and want, Philly and Toronto make the most sense.

All the teams do make sense. philly or NJ would be strange though..Fingers crossed boston goes after him. he started his career there when no other teams would give him a shot in the AHL. to this day i have hated oconnel for trying to sneak him by the waivers procedure. he had everything going for him in beantown, even the last name but dipsh*t decided to not carry a fighter and go with Dan F*cken lacatoure.. He would be a great replacement for thornton after his contract is up at the end of the year. I think boston will need to carry a legit heavy in the foreseeable future unless they want chara and lucic to have to fight every other game.

Orr will be a hot commodity this summer and should get a nice deal somewhere

good idea yohan, Lucic being the tough guy + random fights from Ference, Chara, and Stuart wont do

IMO rangers will go after Chris Neil and let Orr walk. It sucks because i think as an "enforcer" Orr is the best in the NHL plus he never takes stupid penalty's. He can cycle the puck even tho he doesn't score. Whichever team gets him you guys will instantly love him.
