Capitals Assign Four to Hershey

The Washington Capitals have reduced their roster with the assignment of four players today to Hershey (AHL).

Assigned to Hershey were:
Sami Lepisto, Grant McNeill, Tyler Sloan and Simeon Varlamov.

No surprise with McNeill, as the Capitals have 2 good Heavys in Erskine and Brashear.
I still like him and I would love to see him getting dressed in every game for Hershey.
He is a decent fighter, but I am not sure if its good for him that he plays defensive.

I'm really not sure if Erskine is gonna do too much fighting. I believe it was in the middle of last season (I can't remember the opponent) but he got tuned up a little bit (concussion?) and didn't seem the same afterwards. He's still a tough player, but he didn't seem as anxious to drop the mitts after that.

Though I hope I'm wrong
