Canucks recall Tremblay

- Vancouver Canucks Senior Vice President and General Manager Dave Nonis announced today that defenceman Yannick Tremblay has been recalled from the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.

Tremblay, 31, has played 10 games with the Canucks this season, recording one goal and two assists for a total of three points and 12 penalty minutes. As a member of the Moose, the 6’2”, 200 pound defenceman has registered 31 points (12-19-31) and 38 penalty minutes in 41 games in 2006-07.

The Pointe-Aux-Trembles, Quebec-native signed as a free agent with the Vancouver Canucks on July 28, 2006.
