As much as I hate White, it's to bad the Habs picked up another small soft player. Not that White was fighting much lately, but now he's the extra forward if everyone's healthy I presume.

Habs need someone to win face offs , halpern is 6-1 215 , I've lost all patience with Ryan white he won't fight or do anything too help his smaller teammates, I'd like to see the Habs claim stu Bickel while they are at it , Travis Moen can also be sent packing , I'm a lifelong hab fan happy to see them win but can't effing stand seeing Gallagher desharnais and dumont being shoved arround and guys like white and Moen who can fight do eff all.

Yeah White's hurt now too. I like White but man is he ever a changed man since the benchings. Obvioulsy he couldn't keep dropping the gloves everytime someone bumped into him but he doesn't have to do a complete 180 and try to win the Lady Byng. As for Halpern, I'm not too opinionated on this pick up one way or the other. Although his knee deflected the Bruin's game 7 ot goal past Price a few years ago. Still would rather some more size uup front but we'll see how this goes. Good face off guy.

I've played against Jesper since we were ten up until three seasons ago. He will finishing his checks but he won't fight. You can compare him to Silfverberg in Ottawa but I think Jesper is a slightly better player.
He's got a great shot and likes to go high on the glove side, trust me! |
