Canadiens' Andrei Kostitsyn Undergoes Knee Surgery
MONTREAL – The Montreal Canadiens today announced that forward Andrei Kostitsyn underwent knee surgery today in Montreal. He will be out indefinitely.
The 24-year old Belorussian forward suffered a knee injury during the December 31 game in Florida, and missed the team’s last three games. Kostitsyn registered 25 points in 40 games with the Canadiens this season (12 goals, 13 assists). He missed three games from November 25 to December 1st due to a foot injury. |
