Brian Boucher Out Indefinitely

Boucher apparently suffered injuries to both of his knees in the second period of Monday's 4-0 win over the Bruins to force a sixth game Wednesday in Philly. The Bruins, who led 3-0, now are clinging to a 3-2 series lead.

Boucher's left knee is the worst -- listed as a severe sprain -- after teammate Ryan Parent fell on him during a scramble in front of the net. The team is expecting Boucher will be out for at least two weeks, a time frame that become more clear after the veteran undergoes an MRI on Tuesday.

moving on...

The first string goalie gets hurt, in comes the back up, the back looses job to thrid string goalie, who was aquired mid season. The third string goalie blossoms and becomes the starting goalie in the winter classic. The Original first string comes back and splits time with third that became first. A 1 and 1A rotation until original first string goes down for the year. The third string now becomes the permant 1st string, with the original backup being the backup, we think. Insert high ankle sprain and the back up becomes the first string, with the 4th string starter from the A gets to become the back up. Original backup stinks forcing coach to try 4th string. Down Goes forth string bring back original back up. Flyers sign new back up. Original backup starts to play better. Original 4th stringer, AHL Starter, becomes backup once again. Original back up plays well, gets into playoffs and becomes the permant starter. Insert Double knee sprains on the same night 3rd string/permanent/injured backup comes back to become backup to the original backup. So the third string, middle of the year, winter classic starter comes back to be the savior of the Flyers and completes the 0-3 comeback.

did you watch Leighton play this year? did you watch the game last night? Its been this way all year and the Flyers are still playing, it won't be the goaltending that fails the Flyers it will be a combination of everything.

Spartan has already proved in his short time here that he doesn't know anything about hockey.

Parent sucks at playing, now he is injuring his teammates.
