It bothers me that he did this to a stand-up guy in Matt Bradley. If you're going to sit 5 games for a cheapshot, take out one of the pieces of sh!t in the league, not a lunchpail 4th liner. Couldn't Cam have waited for a shot at Ovechkin or Semin?

not that id want him wrecking OV or Semen, but i agree, now hes out 5 games for destroying a 4th liner, what did he/they benefit from this? yeah the blues won the game but was it a direct result from the hit? i dont think so.Theyre in difference conferences, not like either team will see each other in the playoffs, IMO it was just an all around stupid deal for Cam and the Blues.

I dont think Cam would be on the ice if Ovi and Semin were out there anyway but i see your point.

I doubt 5 games would be the punishment had he dealt the same elbow to the head of Ovechkin. Just a hunch.

All Janssen does is run at people borderline. His fights are boring besides a few here and there. He can't play the game when it comes to giving him a regular shift. So in the end there is very little point in giving him a sweater. Get someone who can fight and has better all-around game ST. Louis!
