Another Blue for Boogaard to pound on when he gets back.. Yes!

Good deal for the Blues and Devils. Blues get the spark plug known as Bam-bam, and the Devils get a defensive responsible player that works great on the PK and is pretty good, physically, as well.

I would assume that Hinote is the odd man out with this. D.J. siging a new deal in the offseason, you'd have to think is sticking around.

Cam Janssen and D.J.King, if they were to be in the same lineup would be epic.

I'll miss having Bam Bam in the East Congrats Blues fans! You guys got one heck of an exciting player to watch and I'd say this move makes your team one of the very toughest in the league!

ahhhhh man...

i was bummed to see this this morning, but then i realized that is is St Louis where he is going, so Cam has gotta be stoked. personally, i think Cam is a better hitter than a fighter. he's a ferocious hitter. St Louis fans will be happy.

Ohh i dont really like this deal for the Blues or King. They lost a decent D and got a good hitting forward.

About King i dont know what they are going to do? Are they going to do what the Ducks did last year and have one or the other depending on which team are they playing? Or are they going to trade him somewhere? I guess we will see ni the next few hours

If Murray plays both guys it will be like back in the days when the Blues had Twist and Chase. Great for the Blues, but I still doubt Andy Murray will play both. He was known as a soft coach but he already surprised me with playing King so much, so you never know.

The Blues told Cam that their trying to get him on a 12:45 flight out of LaGuardia Airport to get him in the line-up tonight. I wonder if he made the flight.

Why on earth did the Blues spend so much on Jackman? He hasn't done crap since his rookie year.

I think it's a pretty good deal for both teams. Devils get a pretty tough dman & The Blues get a very exciting player in Janssens. I don't think the Blues move DJ King. Matter of fact I think they play both DJ & Cam. DJ will give Cam the freedom to hit people like a madman & fight guys his own size. (But knowing Cam, he'll still go with anyone anyway.)

The Devils now have 9 Defensemen and no extra forwards, a larger deal has to be happening somewhere before 3pm.
