Blues Acquire D'Agostini From Montreal
ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced late Tuesday the club has acquired forward Matt D’Agostini from the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for Aaron Palushaj.
D’Agostini, 23, has played in 40 games this season with Montreal, recording four points including two goals and two assists to go along with 26 penalty minutes. Last season, the 6-0, 198-pound forward appeared in 53 games for the Canadiens collecting 12 goals and nine assists for 21 points and 16 penalty minutes. The Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada native was originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the sixth round, 190th overall in the 2005 entry draft. D’Agostini will join the Blues on March 4 for the game in Dallas.

I don't know if I like this trade. I would've like to see what Pulashaj would've brought to the table for the Blues. D'Agostini seems to have lost some of his up-side but I guess he's still young. Maybe a change of scenery will break him out.
