Columbus Blue Jackets have activated left wing
Ethan Moreau off injured reserve, club Executive Vice President and General Manager Scott Howson announced today. Moreau will be a player available for selection for tonight’s game against the
Nashville Predators.
Moreau, 35, missed the past 17 games due to a broken hand suffered October 20 against Anaheim. He has registered one goal and one assist for two points, eight penalty minutes and is +1 in five games with the Blue Jackets this season. The Huntsville, Ontario native was claimed off waivers by Columbus from Edmonton on June 30, 2010. In 868 career NHL games, he has collected 146-133-279 and 1,074 penalty minutes with Chicago, Edmonton and Columbus.
