The Chicago Blackhawks
announced today that the team has agreed to terms with forward Brad Mills
on a one-year contract and recalled him from the IceHogs.
Mills, 30, has posted four points (2G, 2A) in eight games this season with Rockford. The Terrance, British Columbia, native began the season with points in four-straight games from Oct. 5 to Oct 12. Mills has appeared in 31 career National Hockey League games, all with New Jersey, posting two points (1G, 1A). He has also recorded 110 points (48G, 62A in 293 career AHL games with Lowell, Albany and Rockford. Prior his professional career, Mills earned 61 points (26G, 35A) in 96 games with Yale University from 2003 to 2007.
