Blackhawks Assign Colin Fraser to Rockford

Blackhawks General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the Blackhawks have assigned forward Colin Fraser to Rockford in the AHL.

Fraser had played in five games for the Blackhawks since his recall back on November 29th posting seven minutes in penalties. He had appeared in 21 games for Rockford this season scoring seven goals and 10 points for the IceHogs.

Fraser was acquired by the Blackhawks along with defenseman Jim Vandermeer from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for Alex Zhamnov back on February 19, 2004.
