I'd see Dowell and/or Skille being sent down before Koci rode the pine.

Wow.

And I thought it was scientifically proven that Carolina couldn't get any more pussified.

Is Wade Brookbank going to be a regular now? Or are the Canes that much more European?

Brookbank will be a regular, Williams is out for the year. The Adams trade makes room For Wade to stay and everyone to come back from IR since they added Samsanov.

As long as this doesn't further inhibit Koci from getting playing time, a good pickup by Chicago in my opinion.

Craig is a low-skill player who can hit and kill penalties. Maybe a change of scenery (and reuniting the Adams family) will bring him back to where he was a couple of years ago. A guy who can occasionally fit in the top 6, but normally is a energy grinder. He's a pretty good value salary wise for the 'Hawks.
And he finally started to open up his fights this year after years of letting the other guy throw and throw hoping to pick him off once he's tired.

Gotta agree with you on this one. We already have a Lapointe and Burish, but we go out and get someone similar. As if Koci wasn't playing enough already, this trade might make his play non-existent.
