Going to be some nice grit and snarrl to this series. Nice to see a good rivalry back in the playoffs again..well for the Hawks, at least. The 'hate' these teams have for each other is something I believe we can all appreciate. Good luck, my man. Gonna be a barn burner of a series. Hopefully we'll get some nice dust ups in the first few games: Hordichuck, Rome, Glass, O'Brien, Rypien, Burrows... Eager, Burish, Fraser, Keith, Seabrook, Brower...hmmm, gonna be some get togethers for sure. Now, most these guys won't get more than a shift or two, if they dress at all; but I believe each coach will throw in a nice gritty player in the first few games to add some energy. Either way, Both teams are willing to give er' when need be. Take care, Bud!

THis should be a great series with no shortage of bickering here in this thread.
vancouver is a much better team this time around, however are still a bit lacking IMO on defense. IF the Hawks can get the nucks to try and play a up-tempo game, that should give the Hawks the advantage. However, I imagine penalties will have a lot of say through this series... it might be the more disciplined team that comes out on top.

why the hell do you call this Canada vs America?

that is stupid...I know Chicago is in US and Vancouver is in Canada...obviously but still that is stupid

Chiago's players - Toews, Sharp, Madden, Bolland, Fraser, Ladd, Eager, Brouwer, Versteeg, Boynton, Campbell, Keith, Seabrook

That's 13 Canadian players right there.....

To expand on Thrill's post, the player's reactions are kinda funny when they start to realize what they're listening to.

This should be the series of the year. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint. Canucks in 7.

To add more intrigue to the series, remember all those shirtless pictures that popped up of Patrick Kane and John Madden in that limo?

...They were taken in Vancouver.
