How the hell do you explain the Flyers in the lead then? We haven't won a championship since 70-fukkin-5! We're also top five in attendance every year.

Ducks-flames are my 2 fav teams..They get right to it right off the jump and both teams give you that energy and grit and plus they arent afraid to drop the gloves from time to time.

I've gotta agree. That guy is full of ****. In fact, markets in Canada, like Calgary, Vancouver, and Edmonton all struggled while their teams were bad.
The uS sure has some bad markets (Phoenix, Atlanta, and Florida, especially), but it's not like they all suck. Markets like Philadelphia, Minnesota, Boston, Buffalo, and New York are all great, even when their team isn't. Of course, if the team sucks for 15 straight years, the fans would disappear, which is what happened to Pittsburgh, and Chicago, but that would even happen in Canada. The US has great hockey markets, and Philadelphia is at the top of the list.

Flyers since mid 90's.
Started cuz Lindros was a machine and went from there.
And they have the most Canadian players.
