My guess is Bylsma was going out of his way "make a point" about the team giving him a heart attack (or something along those lines) because of their play. Probably picked up the phone and made a mock emergency call that was taken seriously.

CBC reported that emergency crews asked if any of the coaching staff needed help, and Bylsma responded by saying something like, "The only people who are going to need help are those guys" (while pointing to the lockerroom).

They were in fact there for Mike Yeo - apparently he wasn't feeling well during the game, the paramedics were called in and ran some tests afterward that came back negative. He woke up this morning and wasn't feeling well again, so the team sent him to the hospital for more tests, which came out fine, but they are keeping him overnight for observation. Obviously he will not be behind the bench today.
