Well, actually I won't be, but I'm sure there are some fans who will.

Eh, I'll still watch when the lockout eventually ends. But I won't buy tickets to a game. It's a gate receipt league, so that hurts them far more than it hurts me. Decertifying would follow with more lawfare, and I'm imagining a best case scenario where Bettman is fired because now the NHL has to contend with a carte blanche to contracts like Major League Baseball has! Could be very amusing going forward.

I stopped watching junior hockey too. Just can't get into it. Lockout has just meant more time to play squash and watch cartoons, really.

my sentiments exactly

and should be every serious hockey fan's sentiments at this point, the Canadians' at least..

but alas, most of them's just sheep.. hungry for the entertainment however heartless, soulless and tainted it might be they will creep back to whatever sh1t hockey the millionaires can still come up with

I've watched more junior hockey this year since probably the last lockout. It might help that my team is stacked thou. I can't wait for the World Jrs to start. I need a good hockey fix. I don't foresee the lockout ending anytime soon.

You are watching the Halifax Moosehead junior team , a team that has only lost "THREE GAMES" so far this year and you state you "NEED A GOOD HOCKEY FIX" !!

Some PPL are real hard to please ...

18 years I've watched this little NBA puppet Bettman destroy this league by systematically trying to eliminate fighting-along with many other pathetic rule changes, miserable expansion, a shortened season, the first lost season any sport has ever had, and now on their way to another lost season...all in his reign of failure... For the love of god people need to send a message to these greedy a-holes...do not buy tickets or any NHL merchandise for the forseeable future!

Dropped seasons tickets last year and they were pretty upset on the phone but we were gonna get a pretty decent ticket pack anyway, that would roll over into next season. We cancelled that yesterday with no push back at all. I'm guessing we weren't the first and won't be the last. I'll probably watch games on tv again as some of you said but won't support with tv packages or jerseys etc..

When asked: "Yes or no, do we have a season?", his answer was clear.

"Yes," said Daly.

he can't say no to that question because it could be used against the nhl in a suit saying that the league isn't negotiating in good faith...he wasn't getting hopes up for fans except for the ones who still think there is a season to be had.
