Of course I'll eventually cave in and watch but I'm not supporting em like I used to. Not even close.

I find it pretty funny that a bunch of you are bit*hing and moaning about the NHL being back and have your tough guy attitude about how you wont watch or support it.

But i guarantee you this, the first day NHL is back on tv, whether your team is playing or not, you will tune into a game.

You complain about the media bit*hing and moaning but hockey is back and what is the first thing you guys do, bit*h and moan.

So yes were all mad and disappointed in the sport we loved for being so selfish and becoming a lot softer physically, but can we just shut up and be happy we get to see our teams back in action.

Lets Go Rangers!!!

Finally. Pretty pumped about the return of hockey, but also pretty bitter about a third lockout in 17 years.

**** off. I GUARANTEE I won't watch and/ or buy any tickets to the first game, and many more after it. Just because YOU go crawling back like a battered woman doesn't mean everyone else will too.

And what are you babbling about with the media? Collect your thoughts and repost. I know you are giddy with anticipation for the start of the watered down NHL, but c'mon.

I, for one, am pumped that the NHL is back. I could care less about billionaires arguing with millionaires over how to share divvy up the league's money. Just give me the top quality hockey I've been missing for the last few months.

I hadn't realized hockey was gone, what with already being to about 15 games this year...

On the very first page of posting someone posted they were glad the lockout eneded so now the bit*hing will end but the media will still bit*h over fighting and checking.

As for watching games and supporting the NHL, your still on this site talking about the lockout and the NHL which means your still following NHL news, otherwise you wouldnt even bother putting your 2 cents in.

Maybe you will keep your tough guy internet attitude and pretend to not watch the first games but you will embrace the NHL again. Maybe not to the point we all did years ago, but I guarantee everyone on this site will still watch NHL games. Its in our blood!!

Who's has the internet tough guy attitude? Sounds like you're the one talking smack here. There are TONS of people on this site that follow other leagues. Haven't you ever notice all the minor pro and major junior forums? There are many posters in there who you'll rarely, if ever, see in an NHL forum. The fact is, there have always been alternatives to the NHL that can be more entertaining depending what you're looking for.

You seem to find a problem with the people who say they're not going to financially support the NHL anymore. Is it that big of a deal to you that I, and others, don't want to spend money on a product we think is inadequate? Why do you care so much. I'll watch a couple games here and there if I have time, as I'm still a Flyers fan, but I'm not sparing a penny.
