Hawks Streak

Is a very very impressive one. I may in the minority here, but i think the hawks streak would have been short lived if they had to play eastern conference teams. The east is made up of big physical teams, and would pose much tougher games against the hawks. I will re-iterate im not taking anything away from their streak whatsoever nor am i discrediting your team at all. Just think this is a good debateable subject

They'd still be whooping the Flyers' asses.

The Blackhawks are on an incredible run right now. I think a more debatable subject would be whether or not they would have had the same streak if the season started on time. I hope they keep it up, though.

I thought the same thing, bro. They are taking full advantage of the situation, though, and they deserve the kudos for that. The one thing Hawks fans have to worry about, however, is if they are peaking too soon. Because eventually they WILL have a bad stretch and start losing some games. If it happens in the playoffs and they get bounced in the first or second round, then this streak will be meaningless.

I could see Chicago go undefeated if someone would behead Patrick Kane and his stupid feminine face

The streak is pretty much the story of the year for the shortend season so far. Hell of a run by the Blackhawks. Some credit has to go to Ray Emery too who has done more then his share when called upon. When many thought he was done a few years back.

Very impressive run, no doubt. Let's cross our fingers for an original 6 SC finals- Boston v Chicago!

Over-Rated, Sorry good story but when someone beats them in the playoff's which they will. It will be all forgotten the way the NHL is set-up now a days. It's a tad over fetched

I know they are in different conferences but Hawks are 23 points ahead of the Sabres. That' embarrassing. Anyways, the streak is impressive. I predict they lose on Wednesday after having to play the day before against Minnesota.

I believe it was the northstars that stopped the flyers streak so id say this one will end by the wild.

Its awesome to watch. The team is never out of it, and the way they keep finding ways to win - no matter the situation - is simply amazing.

Agree 100 percent bud.

I watched the Chicago and Detroit game this afternoon, there was like 4 mins left with Detroit being up 1-0 and bang! Kane with a goal from the side of the net. I sharted!

I swear the hockey gods pissed a gold stream of luck all over them thus far but if it were some of the physical eastern teams I'd think it would have been a different story thus far this year

Haha you're mad. Kane is a great player.

I don't think any team in the West can stop the Hawks from making it to the finals, but I don't think they'll go another 10 games without losing.
