you know I know theres a code but sometimes its gets bent. these guys are in combat fighting each other, sometimes you get a little carried away i mean you are hitting someone. i was fine with both fights the other night. the bolts got there pay back fair and square. thank god it was a guy like talbot haha. it happens from time to time and when rinny hit him he wasnt even total down and done so its fine. people should get over it and be glad the bolts are fighting.

TSN had a nice piece on the code today. Darren pang, Guthrie , and a couple others Mackenzie, Dreger. Pang and Guthrie said they both spoke with tough guys today and everyone of them said Ronaldo broke the code. Better yet a few said it will be dealt with.

No denying I hate the flyers and can't stand Rinaldo. Personally, I don't like what he did but do understand that he was all jacked up and its hard to stop. Don't like what Vinny did either.

I like to see all fights end with Guys standing up and banging away and trying to land a haymaker. That's on skates or in the ring. Probably why I don't have much interest in MMA unless it's a couple strikers .

Best thing about this is the rematch should be heated. Can't believe supposed lighting tough did nothing to try and get some retribution or momentum back.

It's not the worst thing I've seen, but I find it comical how some are claiming Rinaldo's last shots weren't "late" or weren't because he had "leverage". Let's not act like Rinaldo didn't realize what he was doing by getting in some bonus shots at the end. It is what it is, and I'd expect the Flyer fans downplaying what Rinaldo did, to accept any potential retribution he may have coming his way.

I just didn't like it because Crombeen was already buckled and KO'd. It should've ended right there. Rinaldo had no reason to keep punching him.

Yeah, Rinaldo was probably lying when he said he didn't know if Crombeen was down or not, that he wouldn't have hit him if he knew Crombeen was already out, and that he was concerned about it after the fact. Surely you have a better grasp of Rinaldo's intentions than he does.

For the record, I wish they were intentional. Message sending like that is so rare these days. Crombeen f*cked with Giroux and Rinaldo was well within his rights to make a statement. If this was Probert it wouldn't even be an issue.

This is by far the dumbest thing I've seen in my year plus being here.

What a stupid topic and a ridiculous thing to make an issue out of. It's a fight. Show me the part in the NHL rulebook that says it's any more against the rules to hit a guy on the ice during a fight.

I could see if Rinaldo did this to Stamkos, but Crombeen was a willing combatants who everyone seems to forget violated the "code" by trying to pick a fight with a non fighter superstar Giruex.

It's this kind of cry baby non sense that leads to more restrictions on fighting.

There is the closet Flyer fan with his thoughts. On the other hand i have no problem with what he did either. When it's a fight it's a fight. Geez when i check the Scott/Thornton fight basically Scott did the same on the way down. But also have no problem with that fight either.
