Watching the Leafs play in Buffalo live is 10 times more fun than watching the Leafs play any team in the Air Canada Centre.

I try to go to Buffalo once every year.

Holy crap I can't believe how much some people pay to watch such a watered down product.

I would rather pay my $15 and watch junior hockey and have very good seats.

Incredible.

I remember the last regular season game I went to, it was against the Canadiens about 6 years ago. I got tickets the day of the game for 20 bucks each after the processing charges, and they were on the 1st level about 30 rows back.

A year earlier I got 2 tickets (face value $120) to a Bruins-Islanders game for free the day of the game....funny how some people were willing to give away tickets then. Now it's $150 to sit in the rafters.

Only memorable moment from that Islanders game was this hit. I was about 15 rows back from where it happened...seemed much more violent in person.

Gotta pregame at Sullivan's Tap or the Penalty Box, Smash. Haven't really been to many games since prior to the last lockout. A bunch of us used to go to the old Hooters and drink pitcher after pitcher before a game. You could still buy an affordable ticket gameday even against Montreal. There were times you could get a ticket less than face value from a scalper. The days before the "pink hats", miss them.

How do they know how long the wait is? Is there a time limit on how long you hold the rights?

Not to my knowledge , PPL have been on that list for season tickets for years , my nephew has been on the London Knights list for season tickets for nine years and is no closer than when he first signed up for season tickets , the Toronto tickets are being handed down to family members in wills , my son gets my season tickets for the Knights , all I had to do is add his name to my account , I would imagine it's the same in Toronto ....

The waiting period for Leaf Season Tickets is approximately 20 years and has over 4,000 names on the list.
They tell you your spot once you are on the list.

Leafs fan still ‘bleeds blue’ after waiting 44 years for season tickets.
