Although he has let in some softies in the first 3 games, I don't think he had much chance on the 2 today. Both were pretty good snipes.

Blues defense is just on cruise control and the Kings are making them pay.

Blues and Kings play the exact same style of game. Kings are just better at it... Defense, forawrds, goaltending, Kings are better. They were better in the regular season (3-1 series) and so far better in the playoffs.

1 period to go!! Blues won't die without a fight...

Impressive win again by the Kings. The Blues just didn't show up, though today was their best effort in this series. If the Kings can keep this play up they are going to be tough to beat. Also glad to see the fans rocking the Staples Center, that place was going nuts!

Kings are first eighth seed in NHL history to eliminate a one and two seed. They become third No. 8 seed to advance past second round

First ever sweep in a best of seven series for the Kings.

Making history!

Wow, the Kings look great. I did think they'd beat the Blues in a long, drawn-out series, but I was not at all expecting a 4-game sweep.

It'll be interesting to see what the effect of having some time off has on the Kings, because right now they look like the Stanley Cup favorite. But with this series ending early, they have to hope they come back playing just as well once the third round starts.

Hats off to the Blues. I have been reading a lot of their post game/series presser and they are team with class from top to bottom. Very classy comments from thier captain and coach. This is not a sore bunch of losers like ... you know.. that western canadian team in BC...

LA kicked some serious a$$, they obviously were the better team. Can't believe they swept the Blues, didn't even see them winning the series!

LA looks like the most balanced team in the playoffs.

Quick is the key. He's as good as Mike Smith.

They had a bunch of LA fans on sportscenter the other day. I couldnt believe these people with there accents. They probably dont know icing from an offside but they are solidly behind there team.
I lived in LA for a year and much like Phoenix they have a pretty low fan I.Q.
