Another toss 'em matchup but will go with the Predators. They play the boring style that much of the league plays and should give the Wings enough trouble. Would like to see Datsyuk make it to the next round just to have the potential to see more magic from him.

Normally wouldn't care for them too much but because they gave Gratts a 5th or so chance in the NHL and because they're playing the Panty Wings, I'm barracking for Nashville. In six.

Don't see the Wings losing because the NHL doesn't want them to lose. All the calls will go their way and they'll prevail.......

This one is a tossup , both teams split the regular season 3-3 , but that said , I have to go with the Wings , they always find ways to win come playoff time ..

Wings in 7 ..

First two games in Nashville will be huge as Trotz gets to throw out Weber and Suter against Datsyuk and Zetterberg. Weber really uses his size in the playoffs and likes to knock Datsyuk around. The key to this series to me is can Kevin Klein and Hal Gill keep the second line off the scoresheet and can they keep Franson/Bertuzzi off of Pekka. Preds really looked sharp against the Wings the last two meetings of the season, especially the last game of the series in Detroit. Alex Radulov has had some great moments against the Wings, let's hope that continues.

Preds close it out 6 (in motor city)
(at least I'm not bias)

Go Preds!!!

Late season acquisitions by the Preds will allow them to roll out offense along all 4 lines and they will just keep coming.

Pekka over the oft vesuvius like Howard.

Having this much offesne should cover any deficiences on the Preds blue line behind Weber and Suter.

Trotz will find the right combos there and more than like dress 7 to keep them fresh.

Preds in 6.

What a toss up. If Rinne decides to play like JESUS, preds in 6...if he doesn't, Wings in 6

I'm from Michigan and am a big wings fan. I now live in Tennessee so have started to like the preds. This match up was my worst fear. The wings are great when it comes to playoffs and have the experience. The preds have the hunger. I say wings in 7 and winner of this series will go to the Stanley cup finals. Either way I think it's a 7 game series that will be a great series to watch.

Gotta respect the Wings come playoffs time, Detroit is a good hockey market as well so I'll be one of the few rooting for them.

Detroit in 7. And Bertuzzi vs Gaustad for a fight.

Wings in five.

Bertuzzi will light up Pekka like the Fourth. Dats with two goals and six assists in the five games.

Next...
