Blues don't choke like the sharks do.

This Blues team reminds me of the 06-07 Pens team. Ton of young talent that had a great regular season, but has little to none in terms of playoff experience. However, this Sharks team just can't play defense and has been really streaky.

Blues in 6, maybe even 5.

This should be a great series as there should be highlight hits every night. This series is too close to pick and I won't even venture a guess. Unfortunately which ever team comes out of this series will not make it past the next round. Would like the Sharks to win it.

Blues = bigger, faster, younger, stronger, and hungrier with an experienced playoff coach who they believe in. Not much else to say.

Blues in 4 or 5.

Blues in four. Can't see the Sharks putting up enough of a fight

Blues in 6 although I can see it going 7. The Blues have more depth but less experience. I think Hitchcock's coaching will make the difference.......

In my honest opinion the Blues are the team that will take the west , they have everything going for them this season , it will surprise me if they dont take this one in 6 games or less ..

I have the Blues winning in 6, but I have a sinking feeling that San Jose will be able to upset them like they did in 2000.

As a Blues fan since the 70's all I can say is unless they make the finals it's just same ol' same ol'. Sharks in 7.

I feel you didn't do any homework.

Coaching = Win St. Louis?

Todd Mclellan sucks aye? You keep telling yourself that.

Coaching is a TIE in this series, ace.

Grit = Edge St. Louis? like I said--do your homework

Grit = Edge San Jose Sharks

Did you not see the Sharks game 81 of the season, yeah less than 1 week ago? They pounded the Kings there--HARD. Nonetheless the Sharks have proved themselves all season long in the toughness department. Tough, Gritty, Edgy, whatever you want to call it, the Sharks fit the bill snuggly.

The San Jose Sharks are a very gritty, edgy team this year. You can bet on that. The Blues simply are NOT.

someone said (the guy with the monkey avatar) the Blues are bigger than the Sharks?? The Sharks are way Bigger than the Blues, actually. Do your homework.

for what it's worth too

Scoring--that could be not edge Sharks but a Win Sharks. Three 30 goal scorers. Blues have zero, 25 goal scorers . . .

San Jose Sharks in 6 or 7

I think the Sharks will put up a good fight but lose due to goal tending and great team defense by the Blues.

Sharks have showed lately how hard they can fight.

When it comes to grit, Sharks have showed NO grit all year till these last 4-5 games. It has done them well.

If the Blues dont dress Reaves or Crombeen there only real grit is nichol, backes, stewart.

Sharks have clowe, murray, wingles only for gritty type so it will be semi even. with random guys on each team getting gritty on other nights.

Blues in 7

Blues are faster, younger, and hungrier and a better coaching style looking at play.

Sharks are bigger and stronger and uhhh thats about it.

Blues will win though, hate betting against my own team but I didnt like how the team played this year until lately, hopefully this late season push will get them through.

Holy Homer!!! My god...Hitchcock brought St. Louis from loser to practically winning the league, no one said Todd sucks but he hasn't got them to a finals yet, I agree edge St. Louis with that

I want to see the Blues win, but I don't think its gonna happen, SJ sneeking in at the end I think they might make it to the finals
