Senators with the upset. If there's any upset in this entire first round, it's this series.

I was going to say that Torts better make sure Prust and Rupp are on when Neil is on but he was on the ball. Dumb misconduct calls but also a dumb move by Neil trying to continue when it was clear nothing was going to happen.

Matt Carkner and Zenon Konopka in.

Matt Gilroy and Kaspars Daugavins not in the line-up tonight.

Better than that:

#NYR To recap: Carkner, Konopka, Neil in OTT starting lineup. Prust, Rupp and Bickel for Rangers. So you know what to expect

I think the Rags get the sweep over Ottawa.

That was awesome how it was Chris Neil that ended it tonight. I applaud.

I'd love to see the Sens take the next 2 in Ottawa and Torterella start the goons again going back to New York

Holy old school! Great job by Carkner to tune up Miss Boyle, he got what he deserved messing with the Sens best player. Dubinsky finally won a fight beating up the gatorade cooler. Neil is the best, wish he was a Flyer.

Only one thing to say after that game. Great fXcking job by Ottawa. I have seen things this year that I didn't think I would ever see again and last night's game goes right on that list. That was a hardcore hockey game and I am just glad to know they still play them. If Ottawa approaches last night like a regular game they lose 5-1. Instead they came to enforce their will and it was a great job.

Lost in all the fight talk was Hagelin's running elbow to Alfie's head.

I bet he gets three games for it.

Last night's game was awesome to watch. Some real animosity out there. Ottawa came to get some retribution for game 1, and seemed to use their vengeance on Brian Boyle as a motivating factor for playing a very good all-around game. It still could have gone either way, but a much better effort by the Sens in game 2 since they came in on a mission, and it resulted in them tying up the series.

Beauty of a game last night. I almost didn't watch it until I heard the starting line ups. I'm glad I tuned in. That game was absolutely nasty, dirty, and ridiculous (in a good way). I ****ing loved it. It was a instant reminder as to why I grew up loving this sport.

One hell of a goaltender show down. Not much going to happen this game fight wise, but still a fun game to watch.
