And it is in beautiful Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!

I think the last draft in Pittsburgh was Thornton and Marleau's class. Very excited for this draft as there should be quite a bit of movement for some of that top talent.

Is it too early for the pre-draft team listing?

We must draft a centerman, we draft in third, and still, I wouldn't be surprised if the Habs go for another questionable russkoff like Mikhail Grigorenko.

Plus, I **** my pants if the Bruins draft Dalton Thrower. I was looking forward to draft him with the 33rd pick, but hey, I'm guessing he's way too tough for the Canadiens.

I would rather see Brendan Gaunce in the 33 spot, but I have a feeling that he is going to be a late first rounder....

Alex Galchenyuk is a better choise, he is American born with Russian heritage, plus you don't have to worry about him bolting back to russia if he doesn't get a spot on the Habs next season, Galchenyuk will go to Hamilton if needed, I think Filip Forsberg is the way the Habs are leaning....

Galchenyuk is OHL bound if he doesn't make the Habs, not Hamilton.

I have no problem with Forsberg really, Swedes normally are safe bets and don't dream about the KHL in their childhood. If the Swede can bring 75pts/year I have no problem taking him over a North American that is just as soft.

So, Galchenyuk or Forsberg, I don't care.

Grigorenko, he's big, he has great puck-control and great offensive abilities. But remember that we are supposed to draft a concession player with that 3rd overall pick. And I don't want of a questionable Ruskoff as my cncession player.

Grigorenko has been criticized for lacking speed some nights, for playing 1 night out of 4 with the Quebec Remparts, and for not wanting to backcheck. Keep that horsesh*t away from my team. I'd rather have a less talented Swede or Minny-boy that would play every night that would, at the end of the day, bring the same amount of points.

Pens once again have a pick in the mid 1st round. The same strategy as last year for this team too where they will acquire the best talent available. To be honest I don't think there is a lock of a pick in that mid round or a future star, but there are guys with a lot of upside.

It's going to sound like a broken record, but I think we would all like to see the Pens get a winger. I've seen quite a range of selections for the Pens in the middle. Plus last year we got lucky snatching Morrow at the spot he fell too.

The Ducks select 6th, I hope in one between Dumba or Forsberg.

The Isles don't need a center so I'm hoping they don't go with the way that mock draft has it listed. I'm hoping for Forsberg or Murray (if he falls that far). I wouldn't mind Dumba either.

No way they don't **** this one up...

Seems most Leaf fans want to get a hold of Murray or Dumba. Who knows.

SBN's Mock has it as...

Edmonton - Copper N Blue - Nail Yakupov
Columbus - The Cannon - Filip Forsberg
Montreal - Habs Eyes On The Prize - Mikhail Grigorenko
NY Islanders - Lighthouse Hockey - Alex Galchenyuk
Toronto Maple Leafs - Pension Plan Puppets - Ryan Murray

Grigorenko? F*ck off. Guy is a f*cking supertalented lazy piece of sh*t like so many other Russkofs, I don't want that pile of horsesh*t on my f*cking team. He choked hard in the series with the Quebec Remparts yet they would take their overall 3rd pick for that lazy piece of f*cking sh*t? For f*ck's sake, go take Galchenyuk or Forsberg, but leave me alone with Grigorenko.

Quote:
Grigorenko's stock took a drop in the rankings when the Remparts were eliminated by the Halifax Mooseheads. He managed just a pair of points in the last four games, but that has been attributed to the fact he was not 100% (suffering from a bout of mono), which also forced him out of the workouts at the 2012 NHL Combine.

Grigorenko has also been cited at times as lazy, unwilling to do the dirty work in the corners defensively and playing when he wants. But given he was willing to play under the weather in the playoffs, and with a bad ankle at the World Junior Championships, you have to think he is a competitor.

Yeah, no, I don't want him. They should get some Filip Forsberg or Alex Galchenyuk instead. Grigorenko is big but he's charmin soft. I don't give a f*ck how big you are, it's all about the heart you put into your game, and Grigorenko is extremely lazy, doesn't backcheck, all that typical Russian load of crap.
