He's too busy being the KHL champ. We should be so lucky he'd return. And I promise you he wouldn't get KO'd again except by the exact same punch.

Everybody's got a brain waiting to be sloshed.

As for my pick; I dunno exactly who, but I think it'll happen EARLY, like still January early. For the sake of picking/wishing; Bobby Ryan.

Edit; Wow... been so long since hockey I put Bobby Ryan down when I meant Corey Perry. I actually like Bobby.

Part of that is his fault, though, because he isn't afraid to play in high-traffic areas. But still, it's ridiculous that no one really took Dave Steckel down for that stray elbow, but that's the new NHL for you. Enforcing and protecting your teammates is verboten. Just ask Matt Carkner and the Islanders.

As for the topic, hopefully it's Brad Marchand. Fukk that guy.

Carkner ain't no youth himself anymore, nor is Scott for that matter.. and anyway all three of them will see only a handful of games combined

well what I've seen of Bollig he is one guy who might actually just do that.. that is, if he wouldn't be "playing" in the A for the whole "season"

Tootoo acts tough for the Wings and gets dropped by somebody. That would be the best scenario

There may be quite a few, seeing some of the fighters will come in out of shape, wonder if Scott has balloned up to 330
