Montreal-Moncton game cancelled
BOUCHERVILLE, Sunday, November 1, 2009 - The game scheduled this afternoon between the Montreal Juniors and the Moncton Wildcats has been cancelled due to the high number of injuries and health concerns on the Wildcats' roster.
"Following the recommandations of the Moncton Wildcats' medical staff and the chief medical officer of the QMJHL, Sylvain Boutet, the game will be rescheduled in order to preserve the health and the security of our players," said Marcel Patenaude, the QMJHL Vice-President of Hockey Operations. Information on a rescheduled date will be released as soon as details become available.
