These two are jousting in front of Halifax's net. Both guys decide to drop the gloves. These two also fought earlier in the season. This is also McGrath's second fight in two nights. As the day before he scored a TKO win over Dickerson.
The gloves come off and both guys come together and grab each other with their left hand. McGrath throws a right that comes up short. Then throws another right that seems to land. Lewis then gets a right of his own in. Then both guys open up going T2T with rights. Fairly early in the exchange McGrath loses his helmet. Both guys are throwing fast hard rights. Lewis is landing slightly better. They both throw close to a dozen punches with most of them landing. Towards the end of the exchange Lewis lands 2 rights followed up with 2 uppercuts then comes back over the top with 2 more hard rights. Most of Lewis' punches land. McGrath tries to throw 2 more rights but comes up well short. Then as the linesman come in both guys stop throwing. Lewis then gives McGrath a little tap as a show of respect. As McGrath skates towards the penalty box he raises his hand to give to give the home crowd some love. Excellent fight with some good T2T action. Lewis seems to land a little better as McGrath mostly hits helmet and visor. Lewis also takes over towards the end of the fight picking up the win.
