You can scratch off Tyler McCarthy for Erie. He was released the other day.

For Guelph add Michael Levesque, Chadd Bauman, & Matt Martin.

I know McCarthy is a 20 year old, but do you see him catching on with another OHL team this year?

There's a few teams out there with OA spots available. It's possible that McCarthy could get scooped up at some point during the year. He'd be a good fit for a team looking to add some muscle.


Syrette jumped Bertuzzi in Guelph. No major for Bertuzzi, Syrette got 2, 5, 10 and a double game misconduct.
