Carruth is a biaaatch.

Yeah he is. But he typically folds like a cheap tent come crunch time. So that is always enjoyable to see. He isn't the biggest piece of **** on the Hawks though. That title is owned by Leipsic.

I used to enjoy listening to Kemper but he and this Vrooman guy are ****ing awful. Two of the most annoying and biased homers in the league.

Ok so Mychan hits himself hold his face and there is a call play by play said embellishing maybe that $hit just hurt so he was holding his face? As for Pouliot getting jumped he is going after Mychan on the ground with Carruth Tomchuk was just trying to get him off the gloves seem to hit the ice at the same time as they start flailing their arms around (looked really funny) I 2nd you on the play by play

I'm still pissed Everett traded Mychan last year he is always fun to watch

How so? I'd have something to say too if someone was embellishing like that. I just think it's sad that our goalie had to be the one to call him on it.

Carruth is sooo hate-able, which does make him entertaining.

I will say that I hope Mychan gets suspended. If the WHL wants to take a hard stance on something, it has to be all the diving and embellishing that is happening in the league. The video show pretty clearly (IMO) that Kopeck never even touched him. Maybe the need to punish the coaches in order to send a clear message? It seems obvious that Hiller teaches this kind of behavior given how prevalent it has been with TCA.

I just find it ironic the Portland broadcasters are complaining about diving when they cheer for certain players on their team that dive a hell of a lot more frequently than Mychan. Yet when they do it there isn't any problem with it whatsoever. I understand most play by play guys are biased but Portland has some of the worst.

Come on, you can't compare 16/17 year old Leipsic to this years Leipsic. His behavior and his game has matured. He still runs his mouth but nowhere near the level of his past two seasons.

He's still a piece of **** as far as I'm concerned. But my opinion of the guy is heavily tainted. From what I've seen of him this season he's slightly less douchey. But that really doesn't say a whole lot.

I've always liked the Hawks in the past but I haven't liked the team the past couple of years. I suppose that is mostly due to certain players on the team. Although Mike Johnston does factor in too. I am not a fan of his (and that has absolutely nothing to do with the recent sanctions against the organization).

... and all of the Vancouver Canucks scouts are jumping for joy and making phone calls about their newest prospect Mychan! That is until they watch the tape again, notice he hits himself in the face causing him to throw his head back and grab his face (which I'm sure hurts like hell) because after all, whether it's your own stick or someone elses, highsticks fu*kin hurt! And so the Canucks keep searchin.
