Prince Albert Raiders name Kelly Guard Goaltending Coach

Prince Albert SK – The Prince Albert Raiders have named Kelly Guard as their Goaltending Coach for the 2012-2013 season.

Guard spent 2 seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Kelowna Rockets, where he won the WHL Championship in 2003 and Memorial Cup in 2004. During the 2004 Memorial Cup, the Prince Albert native set a Canadian Hockey League record for lowest goals against average, surrendering 0.75 goals per game en route to being named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.
