Giants add Jason Trott to roster; Tanner Moar retires
The Vancouver Giants have added 20 year-old left winger, Jason Trott, to the team.
The 6’2” 200lbs forward is currently playing for the Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL). In his 17 games with the Wolverines this season, he has 5 goals, 5 assists and 95 penalty minutes. The Anmore, BC native has played a total of 68 regular season games and 7 playoff games in two seasons (2010/11-2011/12) with the Portland Winterhawks. No offense to Trott but we have enough guys who work hard but lack in skill. Adding Rouse, who couldn't stick with Seattle, is just another one. Wes, Trzonkowski, Cooke all out for most or all of the season. This is going to be a long three months...
