Blades Acquire Adam Kambeitz from Rebels for Christian Stockl
The Saskatoon Blades are proud to announce that they have acquired Red Deer Rebels captain Adam Kambeitz.
In exchange for Kambeitz, the Rebels receive forward Christian Stockl and a 3rd round pick in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft. Kambeitz, from Coaldale, Alberta is in his 20 year old season in the Western Hockey League, having spent the previous 4 seasons with the Rebels. In 9 games this season, the left-winger has posted 4 assists, a -1 rating and 10 penalty minutes. With the acquisition, the Blades now have four 20 year olds on their roster with Kambeitz joining Josh Nicholls, Brenden Walker and Connor Cox. |

I haven't heard anything about Thrower leaving, but lots of talk around Cox being moved... Today might be something different.
