Paul Bissonnette Joins Cardiff Devils

Cardiff Devils have signed hard-nosed forward Paul Bissonnette as the NHL lockout continues.

Bissonnette, who has 43 fighting majors in the NHL, is expected to make his Devils debut against Braehead Clan on Saturday.

The Elite League team announced the signing of the Phoenix Coyotes player before their Challenge Cup match against Hull Stingrays on Thursday.

He's gone missing in games against Nottingham, Hull, Belfast, Sheffield... No doubt he'll grow a set now Biz is in the team..

There's no way he is going to fight now. He a goal scorer now, and nothing else.

It will probable be on 18th November before Biz gets someone to fight him.. Cardiff play the Scottish teams up until then and they lack real toughness.. Devils play Giants 18th so Biz v Keefe /Stewart is possible.. Then Cardiff play a number of teams like Blaze Olson / Egener / Beleskey .. Panthers Lepine / Beckett / Stewart .... Steelers Sestito / Fata / Gortezan .. Hull Hand / Smith ... right through to Christmas so he'll have plenty of fights I'm sure by that time..

Great signing by us in Cardiff, 3 goals in 3 games, and a character as well, seems to be enjoying his time here, wont be long accepted that but great while it lasts.
