Jason Pitton Suspended for Three Games for Match Penalty

The Elite League disciplinary committee have made the following decisions following two recent requests for supplementary discipline.

Fife Flyers forward Jason Pitton has been assessed a match penalty for excessive roughness (sucker punch) for an incident which occured at the end of the first period during his side's match at Dundee Stars on Sunday 23rd December 2012.

Pitton will be banned for three matches, which is the minimum tariff for this offence.
