EIHL fighters and fights 2011/12

EIHL fighters and fights 2011/12

I'l keep this thread updated with all the news from the EIHL this season, with all the footage available of fights, brawls, roughs, hits ect, I find i'l post it here...

This years EIHL looks to have a lot less out an out fighters in the league this year, but we have plenty of guys who can play the game first and are also very willing to drop the gloves when it's needed.. The league is stacked with middleweights this season, with a few heavyweights on a couple of the 10 teams..

EIHL Rosters of teams tough guys and possible fighters..

Belfast Giants

Adam Keefe -- over 250 career fights in the OHL, ECHL, AHL and a few NHL camp try-outs, Keefe comes to Belfast with a wealth of fighting experience behind him.. He's only a small tough guy at 5'10 200lbs but he has no problem dropping the gloves with much bigger heavyweights, and has in the past fought big name minor league fighters like Jeremy Yablonski, Riley Cote, Francis Lessard, Raitis Ivanans, Mike Hoffman ect... He also has other names on his fight card that include Colt King, Robin Big Snake, Wes Rypien, Krys Barch, Brandon Prust, T.J. Reynolds, Jimmy Bonneau, Alex Henry, Luke Gazdic, James DeLory, Brett Gallant, Zack Stortini, Brad Staubitz, Cam Janssen ect..

Win, loss or draw he's an entertaining fighter who puts it on the line most of the times he fights, and im very happy to have Keefe in Belfast this season..

‪Adam Keefe Vs Micheal Haley‬‏ ...

‪Keefe vs Harvey Fight‬‏ -...

Nick Kuiper -- while in the AHL for a few seasons had 17 fights before leaving for europe were he had only a handful of fights 4 seasons. He's a 6'3'' 220lbs stay at home D.man and reports say he plays a no nonsense style of game. In those 17 AHL fights he fought guys like Ben Eager, Cam Janssen, Nick Tarnasky, Daniel Carcillo, Triston Grant ect..

Kuiper will probable have a few fights in the EIHL this season as we play a North American style of game over here, and he will probable resort back to his AHL days and drop the gloves when needed..

‪Kuiper-Jacina‬‏ -...

Darryl Lloyd -- Everything i hear or read on Lloyd points to him being a very annoying agitator who likes to get under the skins of his opponents. He's played most of his career in the ECHL and every season he's had a handful of fights mostly against similar guys to himself.. Guys he's fought include Evan Kotsopoulos, Darryl Boyce, Lance Galbraith, Garet Hunt ect..

He's a 5'10'' 195 lb agitator and Im looking forward to watching him play next year..

‪Stockton Thunder at Victoria Salmon Kings...

Derek LeBlanc -- Put up quite a few fights in his WHL days including 15 in one season, though since then he's only really had a couple of fights a season in the CHL, but in 08/09 he had 7 CHL fights.. He's 6'2'' 215lbs so has decent size for a forward in the EIHL and I think he may have a few fights next season for the Giants.. He has fought Dane Byers, Rick Kozak, Adam Knight, Jay Birnie ect in the past..

‪Jeff Martens vs. Derek...

Braehead Clan

Kyle Bruce -- Bruce has been in the EIHL for a few season's now and has looked a very good middleweight fighter at times. He's also played in the WHL, ECHL and CHL leagues back in North America and in that time has fought some decent names like Chris McAllister, Brad Voth, Robin Big Snake, Jason Goulet, Mario Joly, Colt King, Adam Stefishen, Steve Makway ect.. At 6'0'' and 195 lb Bruce has proved his gameness and fought guys much bigger through out his career and he should do very well this season in the EIHL due to most of his possible opponents being around the same size as him this season.. Bruce has over 100 career fights and 14 of those in the EIHL..

‪Brad Cruikshank vs Kyle...

Brock McPherson -- Brock McPherson had 21 fights in 3 OHL season before leaving for Lakehead Univ. for 5 seasons. McPherson fought Patrick Kaleta, Chris Stewart, Trevor Hendrikx, Kirk Medernach ect in juniors, and at 6'2'' 220lbs is a big physical forward you should be a fan favourite for the Clan this season.

Cardiff Devils

Brad Voth -- This is Voth's 7th season in the EIHL and he's had 89 fights in that time fighting all the major tough guys that have been in our league in the last 6 seasons including Sean McMorrow, Chris McAllister, Brett Clouthier, Graham Belak, Jeremy Cornish, Andre Payette, Rumun Ndur, Paul Ferone, Ryan Shmyr. ect .. He has also fought some of the toughest guys who now ply there trade in the NHL, guys like Steve MacIntyre, Eric Godard, Colton Orr and David Koci.. Voth is a big heavyweight at 6'5'' 235lbs and has over 220 career fights to his name, he's also one of the most penalized players in EIHL history, regularly going over the 300pims mark each season he's played here.. Voth is a legend in the EIHL league, and loved by all Cardiff fans and many other teams fans as well, but he has also become disliked by many opposing fans as well for his tough approach to the game..

EIHL fight fans are hoping Voth who's said this will be his final season goes out with a bang, and puts up many fights this coming season.. 3 more and he passes Andre Payette all time fighting majors record in the UK..

‪Brad Voth vs Steve Munn‬‏ ...

‪Baker vs Voth‬‏ -...

Chris Frank -- Is a 6'1'' 230lbs mean, tough, hard hitting defence man who has played his career in the BCHL, ECHL and a handful of AHL games. Frank has fought guys like Matt Kassian, Robert Snowball, Erick Lizon, Justin Johnson, Peter Vandermeer and James DeLory in his 70'ish career fights so far, and looks to be a decent enough fighter. Frank should have a good season in Cardiff this year..

‪Elmira-Ontario hockey fight - Chris Frank...

Gerad Adams -- Adams is the Devils player coach and has been part of the Devils Org for 8 seasons in a row. Before than the 5'11'' 215lbs tough D.Man played for the London Knights, Sheffield Steelers and the Edinburgh Capitals. Adams has over 130 career fights, 40 of them in the UK.. He's fought names like Reed Low, Graham Belak, Wade Belak, John Craighead, Sean McMorrow and Mike Hoffman. Adams does not fight much now but will still dropp the gloves when needed for his team..

Coventry Blaze

Bryan Jurynec -- Middleweight Bryan Jurynec is the Blazes main tough guy for this coming season, and before he signed I knew very little about him. Since doing a little research and listen to fans from Kalamazoo Wings I've a feeling Jurynec may become a fan favourite in Coventry this season. He may only be 5'11' 195lbs but from what i've heard he will fight anyone and looking at his fight card he has some decent names on it like Justin Johnson , Scott Fletcher , T.J. Reynolds , Brad MacMillan. ect. Most of his fights are also pretty good fights to watch so I'm looking forward to seeing how Jurynec gets on next season. he had 48 fights in 3 seasons with the Wings so should be a regular glove dropper in the EIHL.

‪Kalamazoo-Toledo hockey fight - Bryan...

‪Jurynec vs Parquet‬‏ -...

Robert Farmer -- Young Brit Robert Farmer dropped the gloves 7 times last season and although he did not fair to well in any of them he's a game kid. I see Farmer dropping the gloves a few times next season but unless he's be sharpening up his fighting skills he will probable be on the end of a few bad losses again next year..

Dundee Stars

Matt Suderman -- Suderman was one of the Stars tough guys last season along side the likes of Sean McMorrow, Steve Makway and Mark Nebus. Out of them guys the only one recalled was Suderman so the Stars Org must of seen something they liked in the big 6'3'' 230lbs stay at home D.Man.. Suderman fought 6 times in the EIHL last season and has over 70 career fights in all, including fights against Derek Boogaard , Riley Cote , Deryk Engelland , Derek Parker , Mario Joly , Erick Lizon .ect.

‪Matt Burto vs Matt Suderman Dec 20,...

‪Matt Suderman v Jozef Sladok - DIA...

Brennan Turner -- Turner was recently signed up by the Stars to strenghen their D for the coming season. Not only will the 6'3'' 230lbs D.man add more size to the Stars defence but he's also willing to drop the gloves when needed. Turner had 8 fights last season in the ECHL / AHL and in the last 3 seasons has dropped the gloves over 25 times fighting names such as James DeLory , Jimmy Bonneau , Aaron Boogaard , Jesse Boulerice , Nate Kiser .ect.

‪Brennan Turner vs. Aaron Boogaard...

‪AHL Hockey‬‏ -...

Jeff Hutchins -- Hutchins when he 1st came to the EIHL after a number of seasons in the ECHL / AHL in N.A, was a regular fighter for the Coventry Blaze putting up 16 fights in his 1st EIHL year. After that Hutchins turned into more of a agitator and has been so the last 6 season in the EIHL. Hutchins is 5'10 200lbs and has over 70 career fights against names such as Andre Payette , Jeremy Cornish , Brad Voth , Derek Boogaard , Mitch Fritz , Riley Cote .ect.

Edinburgh Caps

Jozef Sladok Sladok played for the Hull Stingrays last season in the EIHL and had a decent year as their enforcer. He fought 13 times and from watching his fights he lost just the once to Brad Voth. Sladok is 6'5'' 220lbs tough guys who has had 74 career fights in the OHL, CHL, EIHL.. Fighting guys like Brad Voth, Luke Gazdic, Richard Greenop, Scott Fletcher, Anthony Peluso, Colt King, Ryan Shmyr. ect.

Matt Siddall -- Fife's first import signing 27 year old Matt Siddall comes with a rep for being a rough tough forward. He's played in the BCHL, ECHL, and had 20 games in the AHL before arriving in the EIHL with new boys to the league the Fife Flyers. Siddall has nearly 50 career fights so far and in the last three seasons has put up 14 /12/ 13 respectively. He has fought Guillaume Lepine, Steve McJannet, Trevor Hendrikx. ect.

Hull Stingrays

Derek Campbell -- 6'1'' 210lbs Campbell has been a long time tough guy in the EIHL having played 5 seasons so far in the UK. He has played for Manchester Phoenix, Newcastle Vipers, Sheffield Steelers, and this season joins the Hull Stingrays. Campbell is a tough guy that will put up decent points and has a rep for being a hot headed guy on the ice. Campbell has over 100 career fights and is recognised as one of the top fighters outside of the heavyweights in the EIHL.. Campbell has fought names like Jon Mirasty, Mike Hoffman, Brad Voth numerous times, Francis Belanger, Brent Henley, Ryan Shmyr, Adam Stefishen, Jason Rushton..ect.

Martin Ondrej -- Slovakia Martin Ondrej had a spell in the New IHL were he had 21 fights in three seasons before he headed back to Europe. Ondrej is a 6'0'' 185lbs gritty defence men who has fought guys like Curtis Tidball, Brad MacMillan, Robin Big Snake.ect.

Nottingham Panthers

Guillaume Lepine -- Heavyweight 6'4'' 220lbs enforcer G.Lepine joined the Panthers last season as a back up to Panthers enforcer Alex Penner. When Penner left the Panthers mid season Lepine took up the main enforcing duties and done very well. Lepine was one of the hardest hitters in the league laying some huge hits on a number of players. Lepine went undefeated all season in fights and his enforcing was took quality as well.. Lepine will be one of the toughest guys in the league this season and has roughly 100 career fights to his name having fought in the ECHL, QMJHL, EIHL leagues. His fight card includes fights against Kevin Cormier, Tim Spencer, Brett Gallant, Gaby Roch, Justin Johnson, Dan Sullivan, T.J. Reynolds, Mike Hoffman.ect.

Sheffield Steelers

Colt King -- Probable the best signing out of all the tougher players in the EIHL this season, King comes to the EIHL with a big rep as a top quality minor league power forward and a heavyweight fighter when he drops the gloves. King this season will be one of the toughest guys in the EIHL and the 6'2 225lbs heavy hitting forward will be a big assist to the Steelers this season. King has over 100 career fights while playing in the OHL, ECHL, IHL, CHL and has fought names like Sean McMorrow, Josh Gratton, Thomas Bellemare, Jimmy Bonneau, Kevin Cormier, Tim Spencer, James Delory, Nathan Perrott..ect.

‪MVI_0692.MOV‬‏ -...

‪Colt King vs Adam Blanchette‬‏...

‪Chanse Fitzpatrick vs Colt...

Neil Clark -- Tough forward 6'2'' 205lbs Neil Clark came to the EIHL last season and had a stand out year on the scoring charts. Not only that he put up quite a few fights 8 in all as he takes his fight card tally to 85.. Clark has played in the IHL/CHL/AHL/EIHL leagues.. He has fought Dennis Maxwell, Joel Rechlicz, Jon "Nasty" Mirasty, Erick Lizon, Adam Smyth, Mario Joly, Brett Clouthier, Colt King, Brad Voth..ect..

‪Rayz 1_28_07‬‏ -...

‪Neil Clark vs. Jordan Little...

Matt Stephenson -- Had a couple of season were he dropped the gloves and has 18 fights in the last 3 seasons. Matt Stephenson is 6'2'' 205lbs d.man who last season fought one of the toughest guys in the minors Wade Brookbank. He also fought the tough Tim Spencer recently as well..

‪12-11-09 Matt Keith vs. Matt...

Ryan Finnerty -- Steelers player coach and EIHL number 1 agitator Ryan Finnerty is a decent enough fighter for his size 5'10'' 190lbs. He has 61 career fights and has some decent enough names on his fight card like Jozef Sladok and Jeff Zehr..

‪Bruce Richardson V Ryan Finnerty...

The new season and top 10 predictions on tough guys

As fight fans i know most would of liked to have seen a few more heavyweight fighters in the league this season and would also of liked to have seen a big name or two like a McMorrow, Penner, Cloots, McAllister..ect But ive a feeling we will have a decent amount of fights to watch in the EIHL next season and that some of the new names to the league will quickly become fan favourites like G.Lepine became for the Panthers last term....

This year league teams have signed up some very scrappy new guys to the league like Adam Keefe, Chris Frank, Bryan Jurynec, Matt Siddall, Colt King..ect so look for them to make an impression early on especially Keefe who comes to the EIHL with over 250 career fights to his name.. and in Colt King I think the Steelers have signed one of the best all round tough guys in the league this season. He will hit hard, be among the top fighters, and should be one of the leading scorers on the Steelers team as well...

I also like the amount of agitating playings in the league the last few season's, these guys get the crowd into games if it's either to boo or cheer there antics on the ice.. Guys like Ryan Finnerty, Jeff Hutchins, Tylor Michel, Derek Campbell, Danny Stewart, Bruce Richardson all have been fun to watch.. We may have lost Michel and Richardson this season but the league has picked up a guy said to be the most hated agitator in the ECHL last year Darryl Lloyd, and when Tylor Michel says this guy is annoying that tells you something.. I've a feeling this guy will be fun to watch and loved by Giants fans and hated by fans around the league which is always a sign of a good agitator.

There's been a good return of tough guys from last season like Brad Voth, Matt Suderman, Kyle Bruce, Neil Clark and Guillaume Lepine all making returns to the same teams as last year were they were fan favourites. Derek Campbell also returns after winning yet another title winning season last year but this time he will be icing for the Hull Stingrays, so his chances of 3 league title in a row look unlikely.. Heavyweight Jozef Sladok has also returned and will looking after the Edinburgh Caps next season..

As fight fans we all like to watch fights and discuss and see who's the toughest payers in the league, I know there's still a few imports left to sign by the Scottish teams Caps, Clan, Flyers, but here's my views on who i think will be the better fighters in the league next year. I've a feeling it will be close between a number of guys next season and I can't see anyone standing out way above the other guys in the league, but I've a feeling

1..... Brad Voth 6'5'' 230lbs.-- EIHL veteran Brad Voth is in his last season as a Devils player and I've a feeling he will want too go out with a bang. I've been slightly critically the last few season's about Voth for what i saw as him shying away from certain fights and picking his spots more than when he first arrived on the UK hockey scene, but taking a step back and looking at his fight card Voth has fought nearly all the toughest guys to play in the EIHL the last few seasons including McMorrow, Clouthier, McAllister, Hoffman, G.Belak..ect.. and he will become the EIHL fighting major leader this season..

Looking at the tough guys signed up so far there's no one who has a better fight card or who has better names on their fight card than Voth. Voth the last 4 seasons has lost only a handful of fights and his size makes him a hard fighter to beat. So for me Voth looks to be the guy to beat this seasons and if he decides to go out with a bang i can see him being the number 1 fighter, but If he leaves most of the fighting up to Chris Frank then I could see the likes of Colt King or G.Lepine taking the number 1 spot...

Number of Career Fights - 220
Biggest names on card - Steve MacIntyre, Eric Godard, Derek Boogaard, Colton Orr, Mel Angelstad, Brett Clouthier, Sean McMorrow, Chris McAllister.
Best career wins - Sean McMorrow, Andre Payette, Ryan Shmyr, Fredrik Oduya.
Number of fights last season - 6
Predicted number of fights this term - 10

.......................

2..... Colt King 6'2'' 225lbs --- King has been a guy a lot of the top teams in the EIHL have been after for a while now, and has been guy i've followed for a few years in the CHL watching his fights and seeing the award's he's been receiving for being the best power forward in that league a number of times. He's a very good fighter on his day and I was splitting hairs as to whether it was him or Voth who i think will be the top guy next season.

King was once voted the toughest guy in the CHL a couple of seasons ago and has beaten a lot of decent fighters. He will be the Steelers heavyweight next season and if he fights to his ability he will be hard to stop. King has decent punching power and is a strong heavyweight who if he fights regularly could easily be the top guy next season. He's also the player out of every other team I wish the Giants had of signed.

Number of Career Fights - 116
Biggest names on card - Sean McMorrow, Cam Janssen, Thomas Bellemare, Kevin Cormier, Robin Richards.
Best career wins - Jozef Sladok, Carlyle Lewis, Doug MacIver.
Number of fights last season - 9
Predicted number of fights this term - 8

.................................................. .....

3..... Guillaume Lepine 6'4'' 220lbs --- What a great season G.Lepine had last year in the EIHL after coming into it as a bit of an unknown.. Hard hitting, tough, and a decent player who once Alex Penner left took up the main enforcing duties for the Panthers and done very well.. His hard hitting made him a lot of fans a long the way, apart from the teams fans who's players were laying on the ice afterwards wondering what hit them..

Lepine showed last season that he's a good fighter and looking at who's in the EIHL this year he could very well be the top guy. There's so little between the top few guys this season..

Number of Career Fights - 99
Biggest names on card - Mike Hoffman, Kevin Cormier, Justin Johnson, Patrick Bordeleau.
Best career wins - Marc Rechlicz, Thomas Harrison, Jason Robinson
Number of fights last season - 15
Predicted number of fights this term - 15

.............................

4.....Jozef Sladok 6'5'' 220lbs -- Sladok was a decent enforcer back in his junior days in the OHL in a time were there was a number of real tough fighters coming through, and Sladok fought all the top names back then. Guys like Richard Greenop, Luke Gazdic, Anthony Peluso are all on Sladok's fight card.. Sladok then only spent one season in the CHL before coming to the UK and playing in our 2nd tier league the EPL..

Sladok was then select to do the enforcing duties for the Hull Stingrays last season and overall I think he had a very good year.. Sladok has lost fights too Voth and King in the past, and i think Lepine had a better season last year so that why Ive put them above him going into this season..

Number of Career Fights - 74
Biggest names on card - Richard Greenop, Luke Gazdic, Anthony Peluso, Brad Voth, Colt King
Best career wins - Scott Fletcher, Richard Greenop, Harry Young
Number of fights last season - 14
Predicted number of fights this term - 14

...........................

5..... Adam Keefe 5'10'' 200lbs -- Keefe comes to the EIHL as the most recognisable new tough guy this season having fought over 260 times back in N.A in the OHL, ECHL and AHL. He's only a small tough guy but that has not stopped him taking on some of the toughest guys in every league and season he has played in. Keefe is a balls to the wall fighter who puts it all on the line win, lose or draw, and his fight card is a who's who of some very good names..

I think Keefe will probable be the leagues leading fighting major this season, and although i don't think he's the best fighter in the league I think he may well be the most exciting fighting to watch who will be an in your face tough guy that will not let the Giants be bullied this season..

Number of Career Fights - 262
Biggest names on card - Mike Hoffman, James DeLory, Jeremy Yablonski, Alex Henry, Raitis Ivanans, Francis Lessard.
Best career wins - Justin Sawyer, Jimmy Bonneau, Brandon Prust, Benn Olson
Number of fights last season - 27
Predicted number of fights this term - 18

...........................

6..... Matt Suderman 6'3'' 235lbs. -- Suderman was part of a very tough Stars set up last season and out of all the other tough guys Suderman was the only one called back this season which means his coach saw something he liked in Suderman.. When every I watched him last season he looked a decent enough stay at home D.man who cleared the crease well.. He was dropped in a fight with Prpich when caught with a good punch last year but done OK in his other fights.

Suderman can be a decent enough tough guy who on his day has beaten a few decent heavyweights back in N.A like Mario Joly.ect and he has a decent enough fight card with good names on it. Last season with him being one of 4 tough guys on the Stars roster we never got the chance to see his fighting side of his game as much as we probable will see this year, as he's the Stars main tough guy this season..

Number of Career Fights - 71
Biggest names on card - Derek Boogaard, Mario Joly, Eric Lizon, Riley Cote, Deryk Engelland.
Best career wins - Mario Joly
Number of fights last season - 6
Predicted number of fights this term - 12

....................

7.....Neil Clark 6'2'' 205lbs -- Clark had a stand out year last season in the EIHL as a player and was a big part in the Steelers title winning team. Clark had been playing in the CHL before he arrived in the UK and before that he was in the NEW IHL and had a handful of AHL games as well. With Colt King on the Steelers team this season it will be interesting to see what role Clark plays, as although Clark had a stand out year last season I don't think he's as good as King. So Clark may well be the guy who drops the gloves the most times for the Steelers next year even though King is the tougher guy.

As a tough guy Clark has took on some decent names back in N.A and has wins over some ok fighters including heavyweights in the CHL. It's only when Clark fights the big name heavyweights that he looks out of place. I remember seeing Brett Clouthier giving Clark a one sided beating not to long ago, and Jon Mirsty had his number as well.. I've a feeling Clark is going to have a very good season next year for the Steelers though with the lack of big name heavyweights in our league.

Number of Career Fights - 85
Biggest names on card - Joel Rechlicz, Jon "Nasty" Mirasty, Erick Lizon, Mario Joly, Brad Voth, Brett Clouthier, Nathan Perrott
Best career wins - Adam Knight, Adam Smyth, Chris Kovalcik, Jay Birnie
Number of fights last season - 8
Predicted number of fights this term - 13

........................

8.....Chris Frank 6'1'' 230lbs -- Frank is a hard hitting no nonsense defence man who's another new face to the EIHL this season. He's had two season in the ECHL and had a few call up's to the AHL so he should do well in the EIHL next season..

As a tough guy Frank also looks fairly impressive and should do well this season's. He looks a strong fighter who has some decent names on his card and win, lose or draw he always turns up..

Number of Career Fights - 71
Biggest names on card - Robert Snowball, Eric Lizon, Matt Kassian, Justin Johnson, Peter Vandermeer, James DeLory
Best career wins - Mitch Love, David Walker
Number of fights last season - 11
Predicted number of fights this term - 14

......................

9...... Derek Campbell 6'1'' 205lbs -- EIHL veteran Campbell has been one of the most talked about players over the years in the EIHL and to me has been one of the more entertaining guys in the league. Campbell has been a league title winner the last two seasons and has also been one of the leading points scorers out of all the tough guys the last few seasons.

When you look at Campbell's fight card it's impressive for a guy who's not a heavyweight fighter, and he has a lot of top names on it. I would say outside of the heavyweight Campbell is the toughest guy in the EIHL and seeing as there's not too many true heavyweights in this years league it would not surprise me to see Campbell having a very good season this year.

Number of Career Fights - 105
Biggest names on card - Brett Angel, Jon "Nasty" Mirasty, Francis Belanger, Brad Voth, Ryan Shmyr, Mike Hoffman
Best career wins - Brad Voth, Adam Knight
Number of fights last season - 7
Predicted number of fights this term - 10

.....................

10..... Bryan Jurynec 5'11'' 190lbs -- Fan favourite for the Kalamazoo Wings, Jurynec I'm sure will be a favourite among Blaze fans and fight fans in the EIHL next season as well.

He's an exciting fighter and a regular glove dropper who's taking on some decent names in the ECHL and New IHL, and although a small tough guy and not a heavyweight i don't think it will matter too much this season as there's only a few big heavyweights in this years league.

Number of Career Fights - 54
Biggest names on card - Justin Johnson, T.J. Reynolds, Scott Fletcher, Benn Olson.
Best career wins - Mike Liambas, Andrew Lord, Dwayne Zinger
Number of fights last season - 17
Predicted number of fights this term - 15

I've a feeling big Brennan Turner of Dundee could surprise a few people when he fights, but being one of the Stars best players i think they will want him on the ice more than in the box. If he did fight regularly next season he could easily do very well and would be on my top 10 prediction list. Matt Siddall is another guy who should drop the gloves frequently but having watched him fight a few times on DYG i don't think he would make my list, and i'm sure Fife will want a guy like him on the ice as he looks a quality player .. I've a feeling Fife will sign another tougher import player for there D. Guys like Kyle Bruce could easily make be a top ten fighter this year if they put a run of decent wins together. Clan i think will also bring in one more tough guy before the season starts as well....

Brock McPherson has been added to the Clan's tougher players list.

-- Brock McPherson had 21 fights in 3 OHL season before leaving for Lakehead Univ. for 5 seasons. McPherson fought Patrick Kaleta, Chris Stewart, Trevor Hendrikx, Kirk Medernach ect in juniors, and at 6'2'' 220lbs is a big physical forward you should be a fan favourite for the Clan this season.

Two EIHL middleweights dropped the gloves and by all reports it was a very good fight with both guys landing some heavy punches will trading toe to toe. Wilson then landed a few extra punches on Farmer and pulls Farmer forward and holds his jersey over his head as the lino's came in.

Video should be up shortly.
