You could add Billy Hunt and Corey Courchene to Brooklyn. As well as Mike Vallely to New Jersey.

Also, Niagara Falls won't be playing this season, but Green Mountain will be.

Also add in Chistoffersen and Pawlowski to Cape Cod.

BnG - what have you seen of Hunt and Courchene for Brooklyn? I didn't come across much in the way of numbers of video clips.

Brooklyn 07/26/11 Ormsby, Josh (LW) signed tryout agreement
Apparently this Ormsby guy the A's signed is some HW goon. Can't find any videos of him, but he played in some Canadian senior league alongside Stephen Peat recently, and the local message boards from there claim he's a badass.
Maybe he's the HW the A's are lacking. Who knows.

Personally, nothing. Just some depth middleweights from the looks of things.

Hate to admit ignorance but Im not familiar with most of the names on the list. Who's the preseason top heavy? I've obviously seen Tippen but who's going to challange him? thanks

Fulton on Danbury, Pawlowski on the Cape, and then a bunch of guys on Danville (Michelson, Roach, Prusa, Jancek) should all be good contenders along with Tippin.

Thanks BnG

Defenetly going to have to try and watch a couple of FHL games this year on line somehow, especially since they're competing directly with the SPHL for players. The two leagues should be fairly similar on the talent level side but it looks like the FHL will have much more toughness.

Pretty much as BnG said...Fulton, Pawlowski, and Tippin for sure. Even though he doesn't have the same size, Joe Pelle for Danville has the same size heart and wants to go every shift! Michelson also loves to throw but we'll see what sort of shape he's in come game time. Can't wait to see Prusa take on the latter mentioned guys as well. Roach I'd actually wait until he steps on to the ice! He's had a recent history of "signing" and then never actually playing a game (Fayetville last season or the season before comes to mind). Hruska for Danbury is also touted as a heavyweight but I haven't seen him play and the Junior A league he was in before handed out misconducts along with fighting majors (if you weren't defending yourself) so his PIMs are inflated by those. I'd still expect Danbury to get at least 1 more heavy before the start of the season although there's local word that Willock may end up back with them since he was drafted by the NF Nationals and they recently suspended operations.

Added Lucas Schott to Danbury, he had been taken by Niagara in the expansion draft, as well as updated who has a contract and who is on a tryout.

Also is there a source for Skylar Christofferson's signing? Pawlowski's was announced with 3 other signings but I haven't seen anything for him.

Christoffersen was on the CC protected list before they had the expansion draft. Maybe change his status to (rights) instead?

The Whalers have signed Chris Clark who's fought a little bit everywhere he's gone in his career, including 3x in 12 games for Danbury last season.

Danbury also signed big defenseman Dakota Johnson who's put up 198, 102, and 122 PIMS in 45, 28, and 39 games respectively his last 3 seasons, all in the Maritime Junior Hockey League.

Updated through today, NJ has added 6' 4" TJ Schneider on a tryout, he had 5 fights split between the IHL and AAHL two seasons ago.
