Devils Name Marc LeFebvre Head Coach
Dayton, OH - The Dayton Devils Professional Hockey team, proud members of the Federal Hockey League (FHL), have announced Marc LeFebvre as the new head coach of the Dayton Devils.
“I am very excited to lead the Dayton Devils in their first season of action in the Federal Hockey League,” said LeFebvre, a 30 year old native of Manotick, Ontario. “We are building a championship team and fans can expect an exciting team with a blue collar work ethic. I am looking forward to moving to Dayton in the coming weeks and meeting our fans.” LeFebvre’s professional nine year playing career included two championships and traveling to Great Britain, Elmira, NY, France and Holland. Last season, he lead the 1000 Islands Privateers of the FHL to a 27-8-2 record. Prior to his professional career, LeFebvre was a member of the Sarnia Sting and the Ottawa 67’s in the Ontario Hockey League. "Dayton is going to love this coach," said Patrick Pylypuik, managing member. "He believes in having a hardnosed, hard working team that can win on and off the ice."
