You reallize the Islanders were pretty soft last year except for Martin? All those guys you listed didn't play last year (Haley played a little). Plus, suckering Talbot was payback for the hit he threw on
Blake Comeau. It's not like Martin suckers someone all the time.
And now he has Carkner, Boulton, and Finley as back-up.
With the exception of

Matt Martin is the only Islander it seems that never takes a shift off.
