I saw Rinaldo's slap. I laughed almost as much as Orr did. What do you honestly expect him to do in that instance with his team only up a few with ample time left and his teams sh1tty backup in net?

Had he dropped his gloves and went after Rinaldo, what would Rinaldo's response have been? Realistically? Do you actually believe he would drop his gloves and fight back? Or would he pull the chute and go into turtle mode and draw Orr into as ass load of penalty minutes? If Rinaldo was actually looking for action, he had his chance with Dion Phaneuf. What happened there? He won't fight a sissy like Phaneuf, but he'll man up to Colton Orr?
All that is most likely true. But that isn't what I'm arguing. I'm arguing that if the Leafs' fourth line, specifically Orr, was out there to bully the Flyers, like some are suggesting, then he would have absolutely dropped the gloves. It seems most of his fights are started by him dropping the gloves first and not giving the other guy a choice. Orr clearly wasn't out there for that, and if brawls16 could admit it and stop pretending that the Leafs were punking Flyers all game I wouldn't have even brought up Rinaldo slapping Orr.

It should be a non-issue, but some counter-balance has to exist for brawls16's slanted view on the game.

Pretty much.

Now if a Leaf slapped a Flyer like that and the Flyer went to the bench in response, certain people would be talking about it for weeks.
