Hell Coughlin, Payton and Belichick have won 6 SB's and made 8 trips as HC in addition to the trips and wins as Parcells assistants!
He also took over horrible teams in all his stops and made them winners? The Giants were not good when he took over and after his 1983 first season built a powerhouse team! The Pats were a disaster when he took over and they were decent with a SB loss when he left!
The Jets won one game when he took over and went 9-7 in his first season, and the Cowboys were a joke when he took over and he made them winners also when he left!
What more does a coach need to do?
How about because he was mediocre everywhere he coached other than the powerhouse Giants teams. I would've left him out this year, there were more deserving candidates. Coaching in general is extremely overrated in sports, when it comes down to it, it's the players who win the games not the coaches. I do thikn Parcells is a hof level coach but I would've made him wait another year or two when there's so many players that deserve to be in right now.

OL just don't get enough credit yet they are the glue that make a lot of teams.

As far as Irvin that's your opinion and I feel if your going to take personal comments or decisions, such as Brown, then Irvin should have his put against him as well.
You must hate Sapp to think this way. He was every bit as good as Strahan, and better than Haley but I guess since he has an abrasive attitude you can pretend he didn't dominate out there.
